Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of work, we're looking for a talented Senior Engineer (M&E) to join our Operational Engineering team.

You'll step into a high-impact, client-facing role with a diverse workload from day one. From commercial office and industrial refurbishments to surveys and CAPEX planning, you'll have the chance to make a real difference - while shaping the future of a growing service line.

What you'll do:

• Lead technical due diligence, dilapidation & CAPEX reporting

• Deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions

• Act as project lead on refurbishment and survey work

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams

• Contribute to ongoing service improvements

• Support business development and manage KPIs

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and heating systems

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• Previous consultancy or M&E project experience

• A flexible approach and willingness to travel to sites across regions
