Senior Time & Attendance Lead - HCM

We are looking for a Senior Time & Attendance Lead - HCM to support and stabilize Swiss Time & Attendance operations following the implementation of Workforce Software

Duration: Till Dec 2026

Location: Europe

Language: English and German

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Swiss Time & Attendance operations and SMEs
• Manage incidents, defects, and escalations across T&A systems
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor regulations (Arbeitsgesetz)
• Oversee integrations between Workforce Software, Workday HCM, and Payroll systems
• Monitor operational performance, service levels, and process adherence
• Drive stabilization activities following system go-live
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Workday Product, and HR Operations teams
• Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• Strong experience managing end-to-end Time & Attendance operations
• Knowledge of Swiss T&A regulations
• Experience with Workforce Software and Workday HCM
• Understanding of Time - HCM - Payroll data flows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
