Senior Tender Estimator: Strategy, Value & Risk Leader

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the tender lifecycle across multiple sectors, ensuring robust pricing and risk control. You will collaborate with preconstruction, supply chain, and design teams to deliver competitive bids up to and beyond £20m.

You will mentor junior estimators, influence design decisions, and ensure a seamless handover to delivery after award, while maintaining high standards of commercial awareness and professionalism.
