Senior Technical Support Engineer - Cloud Storage (ECS)

Dell Technologies Ireland is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the ECS team. You will provide high level support for Dell ECS products, handling open cases via phone, email and online channels, and work with enterprise and government customers globally.

You will apply advanced diagnostics, document problems, and contribute to training and knowledge bases. Strong Linux/VMware and networking knowledge, plus certifications, will help you succeed in a fast paced, collaborative
