Senior Technical Recruiter

Role: IT Recruiter (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)

Contract Type: B2B

Experience Required: 3-4 years in IT recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles across the Netherlands and wider EU.
• Source, screen, and engage top IT talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Experience recruiting for contract and permanent tech roles.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
