Senior Technical Program Manager - Integration Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Integration Platform programs and initiatives aligned with agreed outcomes, timelines, quality standards and investment objectives
• Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities
• Manage risks, dependencies and critical delivery activities across interconnected programs
• Provide data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, progress, risks and investment tracking
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to build alignment and resolve challenges
• Develop and support Technical Programme Managers
• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives across APIs, integration services and platform technologies
• Drive delivery from discovery and investment planning through implementation and operational adoption
• Support the evolution of M&S integration capabilities and wider digital and technology transformation

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams, stakeholders and priorities
• Experience in programme and portfolio management, including planning, governance, dependency management and risk management
• Ability to work in evolving environments and create structure, clarity and focus
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication, collaboration and insight
• Experience leading, coaching or supporting delivery teams
• Strong strategic thinking, execution and attention to detail
