Senior Technical Manager

Experienced Technical ManagerYour missions:- Complete technical management of a portfolio;- Management of locations: entry, preliminary, and exit;- Submission of APA and energy assessments;- Complete assessments of apartments;- Energy rehabilitation of the buildings in the portfolio and oversight of major works;- Drafting minutes and establishing work schedules;- Establishing work acceptance minutes SIA;- Analysis and processing of invoices related to the works;- Managing claims related to fires or damages;- Conducting building visits and establishing technical reports;- Planning works and portfolio development by establishing annual and multiannual schedules/budgets;- Ensuring the monitoring of buildings and apartments in the portal;- Supervising and executing various tasks of the work monitoring process, from budget management to requests for offers;Profile:- A CFC Business Employee or equivalent level;- At least 5 years of experience in technical management of a portfolio of buildings in Geneva;- Strong sense of responsibility;- Autonomy in managing files;- Precise, fast, and dynamic;- Very comfortable with common tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);- Proven experience with Quorum X;- Excellent spelling and writing skills;- Age: 35 - 50 years;- Swiss or valid permit;- Good command of Sinergie;- Good command of the program X to submit and manage grants;- Knowledge or mastery of the Epiqr program;- Knowledge or mastery of the X Autocad program;- Good knowledge of environmental standards and the legal framework in Geneva (LCI, RCI, LEn, REn, );- Ability to work in a dynamic and professional team;If you are a dynamic and motivated person, have good customer contact skills, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork, we invite you to send us your complete file (salary expectation letter, photo, CV, copy of your certificates and diplomas). jid49ce867aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
