Are you an experienced Technical Manager looking for a new role with a leading London based developer. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-rise R/C frame residential scheme in Southwest London, delivering 400+ high spec residential units.

The role will be mainly site based with the option to work from the head office 1 day per week

Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role

• Experience working in a Senior role with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on large residential projects
• Experience with RC frame projects
