Senior Technical Manager - 59 Storey RC Frame

Salary: £85,000 + Package
Location: Canary Wharf
Region: London

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Technical Manager to work on a high-rise residential project in Canary Wharf.

The Senior Technical Manager reports to the Technical Director and is responsible for providing advice and support on all technical matters.

Responsibilities:

Appoint and manage external design team in conjunction with the Technical Director
Manage the technical review of tendered projects prior to submission
Manage the technical review of land led projects prior to planning submission
Manage and oversee projects from successful tender/planning phase to site, to ensure an early start on site
