Job Description ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY This exciting opportunity is within the Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) platform for a Technical Application Specialist. As the Technical Application Specialist you'll lead, direct and shape approaches to solving technical challenges and translating business requirements into technical solutions within our suite of Adobe platforms, primarily working with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion.Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Join us on our journey and you will too WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Own and champion the use of Marketing Technology platforms within the Experience Systems lab's feature teams and customer base, particularly those in the Adobe Workfront stack, acting as a subject matter expert on best practices, design choices and implementation Collaborate with a broad set of technical specialists and engineers across Personalised Experiences and Communications and the wider LBG community to solve for bank-wide needs that would benefit from the closer integration of our Marketing Technology systems Work closely with the bank's IT application suppliers and partners to ensure that those customer goals are understood and appropriate solutions are delivered in a timely fashion Take a leading role in delivering a continuously improving engineering experience Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers, Solution Architects and Software Engineers to development and test solutions that integrate first and third-party software seamlessly Seek opportunities to continuously improve both your own skillset and the ability of our platform to meet its customers' needs through technology To perform own work in accordance with the values and behaviours and risk parameters of the bank WHAT YOU'LL NEED Demonstrable skills in Adobe Workfront & Workfront Fusion, with a track record of delivering solutions within these platforms to a variety of stakeholders A background in marketing technology or software engineering is crucial with a good sound knowledge of software development lifecycles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to operate across various systems, technologies, and data sources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A great collaborator with an inquisitive approach.
