The Opportunity

A well-established accountancy practice in North Dublin is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to take ownership of its tax compliance function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, with genuine potential for progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality tax compliance and consultancy services to a broad and diverse client base.
• Review tax compliance returns and disclosure notes for both single entities and consolidated groups.
• Represent clients in discussions with Irish Revenue, particularly in audits and voluntary disclosures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering trusted advice and support.
• Contribute to advisory work on a range of tax matters.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Ideal Candidate

• CTA qualified, or part-qualified accountant with strong tax expertise.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience working in practice with exposure to Irish tax legislation.
• Technically sound, commercially minded, and solutions-driven.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organised, analytical, and confident in managing client portfolios.
• Enjoys mentoring others and being part of a collaborative environment.
