Senior Talent Lead - GTM Hiring (Europe)

Omnea is scaling rapidly and seeks a Senior Talent Lead to own end-to-end GTM hiring, from sourcing to close. You will define a high-quality hiring engine, map and outreach to top talent, and partner with senior leaders to shape roles and success profiles. The role emphasizes quality, care, and strategic impact as the team scales.

You'll be embedded with senior leaders, owning processes, scorecards, and candidate closing, while building a top 1% network of talent in Europe and beyond.
