• Lead the recruitment cycle with agility and precision, ensuring the right talent finds the right role
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners crafting sourcing strategies that fit business needs
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions and future growth
• Collaborate with external agencies to secure quality and efficiency throughout the process
• Work with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools to keep workflows smooth and data accurate
• Conduct structured interviews to ensure cultural and functional fit
• Represent the company at recruitment events, bringing our culture and values to life
• Use data analytics to track KPIs, optimize processes, and share insights on market trends and employer branding

• Solid experience in HR and talent acquisition ideally in an international fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for diverse roles
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills combined with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
• Comfortable working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and proficient in Excel a technical background is a plus
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
• Collaborative analytical and committed to continuous improvement
• Open to working on-site in Leoben with flexibility for remote days
