Overview

We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team!

In this strategic role, you'll lead the design and delivery of a multi-year, data-driven talent acquisition strategy. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you'll align hiring plans with business goals, address critical capability gaps, and drive workforce planning at scale.

You'll play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across every touchpoint-ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while attracting top-tier, diverse talent.

What we need from you
  • Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within professional services or legal sectors.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end TA strategy, workforce planning, and aligning talent with business objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven, with experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably Teamtailor) and recruitment analytics.
  • Knowledge of employer value proposition development and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Strong external TA networks and insights to continually engage and upskill the TA function.
  • Solid understanding of talent metrics (quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DE&I metrics) and predictive workforce insights.
  • Aware of how roles, skills, and capabilities impact broader business strategy.
What you'll be doing
  • Develop and execute a proactive, multi-year talent acquisition strategy aligned with specific business unit objectives and workforce plans, focusing on critical roles and future capability gaps.
  • Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, enhancing skills in advanced sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven consulting.
  • Proactively partner with senior leaders to influence workforce planning, translating complex business objectives into measurable, data-driven TA strategies that address capability gaps and pipeline needs.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to secure and engage diverse, top-tier talent for critical roles.
  • Leverage advanced talent analytics (e.g., quality-of-hire, time to impact, source effectiveness, DE&I metrics) to deliver insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership.
  • Define and embed the firm's EVP, using data and storytelling to attract top talent, strengthen employer brand, and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to generate actionable talent insights, enabling faster, smarter, and more strategic people decisions.
