Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Data-Driven Sales Talent Sourcing

• Hiring trainee, graduate and experienced salespeople into our T&M business
• Direct sourcing high-potential and proven sales talent (active + passive)
• Targeting candidates from high-pressure, performance-driven environments
• Running structured, competency-based interviews
• Using our 3-stage IR (Interview & Review) process to assess candidates
• Improving that process using data, insight and AI tools
• Building pipelines of high-quality candidates, not large volumes
• Working with hiring managers to maintain high hiring standards

Requirements

• Experience hiring salespeople, recruiters or commercial talent
• Strong ability to identify resilience and long-term potential
• Experience in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Comfortable rejecting candidates who don't meet the standard
• Experience using structured or competency-based interview processes
• Interest in improving hiring decisions using data and technology
