Whether you're at Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate level, this is your chance to work on high-profile transactions, deliver strategic advice, and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead leasing and acquisition projects for landlords and occupiers across Central London.
• Deliver bespoke real estate strategies aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate across departments to unlock new opportunities.
• Produce market reports, heads of terms, and financial projections.
• Host market events and support refurbishment projects.
• Mentor graduate surveyors and contribute to team development.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in the Central London office market.
• Strong negotiation, marketing, and client-facing skills.
• MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
