Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management

Location: Swindon

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio while playing an important role in the continued development of the property management and asset management function. What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the day to day operation of a mixed commercial property portfolio
  • Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
  • Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
  • Assisting with asset management initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
  • Producing clear, high quality reporting
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required
What They're Looking For
  • MRICS Qualified (or working toward qualification)
  • Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or similar level
  • Confident communicator with strong client facing skills
  • Commercially minded, organised and proactive
  • Ambitious individual keen to develop and progress
  • Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
  • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Full time, Monday-Friday
