Senior Surety Growth & Relationship Lead

Howden Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Surety Executive to lead and grow our surety portfolio, acting as senior adviser to clients and brokers. You will own a portfolio, drive new business, and provide technical oversight on bond placement, renewals and complex submissions.

Work with clients, brokers and internal teams to shape market strategy, governance and service standards, while identifying opportunities and mentoring the wider team.
