Senior Support Worker: Lead, Supported Living

Agincare is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our supported living service in Bromley. You will lead hands-on support and take on leadership and administrative duties to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health challenges.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you'll coordinate the service, mentor staff, and help maintain safe, regulated operations while promoting choice, independence and inclusion in daily life.
