Senior Support Worker & Care Team Lead

Priory Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker at our Cardiff residential service on Princes Street. The role supports five adults with varying needs, supervising care delivery and helping residents progress toward wellbeing and independence.

The post requires NVQ 3 or equivalent and strong communication to coordinate care. The successful candidate will work full time, 39 hours per week, with a 2 x 8-21 and 1 x 10-22:30 sleep-in shift pattern; access to training and development opportunities is
