Job Description

As a Supply Chain leader you will be responsible for all aspects of Supply Chain Management and Procurement activity on a framework as well as major projects. This includes the full lifecycle from Procurement Strategy, Market Engagement, Prequalification, Tendering, Governance, Contract Award and Supplier Relationship Management. You will also directly lead/manage a small team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of Supply Chain Management and Procurement on frameworks and major projects, including the full lifecycle from strategy to supplier relationship management.
  • Directly lead and manage a small team while driving strategy, continuous improvement (CI) and business improvements.
  • Develop and apply strong understanding of NEC contracts and subcontract procurement frameworks.
  • Manage complex projects with high spend (examples include 120+ million GBP) in a regulated environment.
  • Operate within construction, engineering, defence, nuclear, energy, infrastructure and aerospace sectors as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Senior-level procurement and supply chain leadership experience; proven track record in cradle-to-grave procurement partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills in complex environments; experience with high-value spend.
  • Experience working in regulated environments and across complex/procurement-rich sectors.
  • Good understanding of NEC contracts and subcontract procurement frameworks.
The Successful Applicant

As a procurement and supply chain leader you would have operated at a senior level in a regulated environment and be a strong project procurement leader within a complex environment.
