Senior Subcontract & Commercial Surveyor - London

Prime Phenix in Central London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead subcontract management on major residential projects. You will oversee procurement, payment applications, variations and final accounts in line with JCT/ NEC contracts.
