Senior Student Support Leader

London Academy for Applied Technology (LAAT) is seeking a Student Support Officer to lead and coordinate non-academic student services. You will oversee admissions, enrolment, wellbeing, and careers to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to graduation.

A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in HE/FE and experience managing student-facing services is required; familiarity with OfS and SLC processes is a plus. This is a full-time role based in London.
