Senior Structured Finance & Markets Solicitor, Dublin

Hunter Savage is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Structured Finance and Capital Markets team in Dublin. You will advise banks, financial institutions and corporate issuers on securitisations, debt capital markets and fund finance.

The role requires typically five or more years PQE and a strong track record in structured finance. You will manage complex cross-border transactions, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development within a market-leading practice.
