The Role

This Senior Structural Engineer role offers the opportunity to lead technically challenging projects while shaping design outcomes and mentoring others within a collaborative practice.

  • Lead structural engineering design and delivery across complex new-build and refurbishment projects
  • Take responsibility for the technical quality, coordination and integration of structural work
  • Prepare and review calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation
  • Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors and multidisciplinary consultants throughout project stages
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Attend design meetings, client presentations and construction stage reviews
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes and sustainable design objectives
  • Contribute to project resourcing, risk management and programme delivery
