Senior Structual Engineer

We are working with a well-regarded multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer in their Bath office. This is a key role within a growing team and offers the chance to work on a broad range of structural projects, with an emphasis on quality, collaboration, and long-term progression.

Role Responsibilities

• Delivering structural design solutions on varied projects
• Coordinating with architects, clients, and project teams
• Leading meetings and representing the structural team
• Working independently on projects and mentoring junior staff
• Supporting the team culture and contributing to ongoing development

Key Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in structural engineering
• Chartered or nearing chartered status (ICE/IStructE)
• Confident working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take initiative
• Experience in steel structures; industrial/logistics exposure a bonus
