Senior Strategic Ops Lead, Tech Infrastructure

HSBC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support the CTO Infrastructure organisation. You will lead operations, strategic finance, workforce, vendor management and optimisation initiatives to deliver cost reductions and simplification across technology services.

You will develop business cases, define vendor strategies and provide clear executive reporting to enable timely sponsor and senior-leader decisions, while aligning with CTO strategy and risk controls.
