Senior Strategic Disposal & Acquisition Surveyor

Service Care Solutions Ltd is looking for a Principal Disposal & Acquisition Surveyor to join our Local Authority Property & Estates Team in the East Midlands. This role involves managing property acquisitions and disposals, developing strategies, and advising senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Real Estate, will be MRICS qualified, and possess significant experience in managing leasehold and freehold transactions. A sound understanding of property appraisals and excellent negotiation skills are essential.
