Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

What you'll do

Senior Store Assistant in Banbury, 20 hours per week. Must live locally and be able to commute. Stores open 7 AM-8 PM, so you must manage early starts and late finishes. This role involves supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; retail experience is not essential, but you need some experience as a key holder or supervising team members.

• Friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Hands on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to help customers.
• Sell benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
• Keyholder responsibility: open and close store, assign daily tasks, provide short term supervisory cover when needed.
