Senior Store Assistant in Stafford Beacon Way

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. This is a position with accountability for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, so whilst retail is not essential, you will need some experience of either being a key holder or supervising team members.

What you'll do

• Friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Hands on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service, offering a great experience during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to help customers with their projects.
• Be proactive in selling Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
• Keyholder responsibility: open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short term supervisory cover when needed.
