Job Description
Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) - Peterborough

20 hours per week
Must live locally and be able to commute
Store operates 7 AM to 8 PM; early starts and late finishes are required

What you'll do
  • Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and ensuring a high standard of customer service
  • Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders; roll up your sleeves for warehouse tasks and shelf stocking, sometimes under challenging weather
  • Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; partial retail experience not essential, but experience as keyholder or supervising team members is required
  • Keyholder responsibility: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short term supervisory cover when necessary
