Senior STEP Developer

We're looking for a Senior STEP Developer to support the implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution as part of a large-scale digital transformation for a major European retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure MDM solutions using the STIBO STEP platform
• Set up data models, workflows, validations, and user roles
• Develop integration interfaces using ETL/ELT/API patterns
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical teams

Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering STIBO-based MDM solutions across domains such as Product, Vendor, and Factory
• Deep understanding of integration patterns (event-driven, ETL/ELT, API)
• Hands-on experience with STEP accelerators in a retail context
• Expertise in PDX, PIM, and MDM architectures
• Solid understanding of the retail sector
