We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior PDK/CAD Engineer with proven experience in EDA, CAD, and PDK development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog design verification tools and a solid understanding of the challenges faced in analog and mixed-signal design environments.

This role offers the exciting challenge of a start-up environment, allowing you to truly interact with different departments within the company, particularly with the software teams. We are also working on a wide scope of different process nodes which will give you the breadth of experience to get in involved with cutting edge semiconductor technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support PDKs across various technology nodes and foundries (TSMC, GF, Samsung, etc.)
  • Write, debug, and maintain automation scripts (Python, Skill) to streamline design workflows
  • Provide support for analog design verification tools, including DRC, LVS, PEX, and Dummy Fill
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to front-end simulations
  • Collaborate with design and verification teams to address analog design challenges
  • Ensure efficient version control and collaboration through Git and other file management tools
  • Contribute to the development and integration of CI/CD pipelines to support CAD flows

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in EDA/CAD/PDK development
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Skill programming languages
  • Strong experience with analog verification tools: DRC, LVS, PEX, Dummy Fill
  • Good understanding of front-end simulation environments and associated debugging
  • Practical knowledge of analog design constraints and best practices
  • Exposure to multiple PDKs across leading foundries such as TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung, etc. (Advanced node experience is a strong plus)
  • Experience with automation workflows and maintaining robust scripting infrastructure
  • Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance
