Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor junior nurses.
• Deliver and evaluate holistic care plans for children with complex needs.
• Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
• Drive quality improvement through audits and clinical governance.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Package and Benefits

• Salary: £46,000 - £55,000 per year.

About You

• NMC Child Registered Nurse (RCN)
• Clinical experience in paediatric neuro-rehabilitation and complex care.
• Confident in supervising and mentoring colleagues.
• Experience with tracheostomised patients (advantageous).
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication skills.
