Responsibilities- Lead, support, and mentor junior nurses.
- Deliver and evaluate holistic care plans for children with complex needs.
- Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
- Drive quality improvement through audits and clinical governance.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Salary: £46,000 - £55,000 per year.

- NMC Child Registered Nurse (RCN)

- Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication skills.
