Senior Staff Engineer Technisches Marketing (w/m/div)

Job Description
In your new role your tasks will be:

• Driving operational technical direction of our product portfolio together with customers and internal application marketing teams of e.g. Wind, Solar, ESS, Megawatt Charging and CAV
• Aligning and defining business priorities of new product variants with our internal product management team
• Responsible to support technical "Go 2 Market" activities and to provide technical customer support on product level
• Driving the verification of innovative product ideas by product and application-related product tests and benchmarking
• Simulation and calculation of the electrical and thermal power module performance under customer-related application conditions
• Publication of new products or technology features (e.g. by giving trainings / creation of papers/ conferences or other collaterals) and Infineon internal know-how share

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in electronics, physics or comparable
• Strong interest in power electronics and semiconductors with at least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in R&D, technical marketing or similar department
• The ability to act as a product executer that has a sense for shaping future product portfolio that meets future business demands
• High communication skills, open mindset and the ability to establish and maintain social networks with internal and external partners
• A fable for the organization and the status tracking of development projects
• General willingness to travel worldwide to support customers, as well as the Sales and Field Application Engineering teams in different regions
• Good communication skills in English. German would be an additional advantage
