About the Role
The Product Strategy & Insights team is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Product Specialist with a strong data-driven mindset to support Mastercard's Digital Payments strategy globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for product performance analysis, opportunity sizing, customer economics, and supporting go to market initiatives to scale Digital Payments across the payments ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is quick to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that boost growth and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct data analysis to identify high-potential customer segments, new geographic markets, and growth opportunities
• Evaluate the commercial viability of our products across different regions, channels, and industry verticals
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop GTM strategies that align with business objectives, enhance product-market fit, and maximize revenue potential
• Leverage historical data from various resources (Excel Cubes, Tableau, Power BI) to prepare regular reports on key business metrics to monitor and forecast product performance
• Support the communication of insights and proactively present findings that guide decision-making and strategic planning
• Stay informed on competitors' product offerings, business models, and technological innovations, sharing findings to guide strategy

About You
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in consulting and analytics with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies, insights, and recommendations
• Skilled in working with large datasets to extract key insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts, business needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to develop practical solutions
• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting, influencing, and negotiating with diverse audiences
• Highly organized self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high standards
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• SQL, Phyton or other database language is a plus
• Knowledge and experience working with payment service providers, commerce platforms, mobile payments, and EMV standards is a plus

Work Conditions
Hybrid Policy: Average 3 days per week in the office
