WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You can make a difference! In our supply chain unit, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our software systems within the container control center.

  • In this role, you are the main point of contact for all software- and process-related enquiries within the container control centre.
  • Your role includes troubleshooting, which involves supporting users with technical problems and collaborating closely with the IT department to resolve software issues quickly.
  • You perform tests on software updates or new features to ensure they meet requirements and are free of errors.
  • Additionally, you identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements to increase the efficiency and user-friendliness of the software.
  • Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining documentation, user manuals and training materials.
  • Furthermore, you will participate in projects related to the introduction or enhancement of software solutions, while delivering training to new and existing employees to ensure effective software usage.
WHAT YOU OFFER
  • commercial, logistics or forwarding-related training or comparable studies
  • several years of professional experience in supply chain operations and good knowledge of container management, distribution and warehouse processes
  • first knowledge of SAP R/3 & S4 HANA
  • strong communication and presentations skills in German and English
  • extensive expertise in project management
  • assertiveness and a drive to achieve joint success and fulfil the needs of service recipients
WHAT WE OFFER
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience, 48.000 € - 52.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the company's success as well as individual performance.

  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
