Senior Sous Chef Lead the Line, Flexible Hours

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the pub kitchen. You'll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when they're not on shift and making sure every plate meets our high standards.

You'll bring branded experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, develop the team, and maintain the highest standards of food and service in a fast-paced environment.
