Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the smooth running of our busy kitchens across our UK parks. You will work with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding food, manage stock and budgets, and train the kitchen team.

You will stand in as senior kitchen lead when the Head Chef is off-shift, ensuring continuity and high standards. You will thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, lead a motivated team, and help drive profitability through portion control
