What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef who:

Has at least 1 year's experience in a similar senior kitchen role
Is confident across all areas of fresh-food preparation in a busy kitchen
Maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation
Brings energy, precision, and attention to detail to every service
Can lead, support, and motivate junior chefs during busy periods
Has a calm, professional approach under pressure
Shows pride in their work and a desire to continually improve
Is reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Enjoys working as part of a strong, structured team
Has their own transport
