Job Description

A celebrated Michelin star kitchen in North Norfolk is looking for an exceptional Senior Sous Chef with a Michelin background to join their strong kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, running a daily changing menu using foraged and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Lead service in a high performing kitchen.
  • Nurture junior chefs while delivering culinary excellence to the highest standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Michelin rated kitchen.
  • Ability to deliver produce led cooking calmly, professionally and while upholding company standards.
