Job Description
Silversea is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution on our luxury cruise ships. You will lead a team of chefs, ensuring impeccable presentation, portion control, and guest engagement throughout service.
Responsibilities include training, health and safety compliance, inventory management, and adherence to international maritime regulations. Fluency in English and fitness for sea service are required.
