Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen Team & Menu Creation

Farncombe Estate Ltd is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join The Fish Hotel team on the Broadway estate. You will support the Head Chef, mentor a talented brigade and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across a 2 AA Rosette restaurant renowned for bold, seasonal dishes and locally sourced ingredients.

We expect a hands-on leader with Sous Chef experience, strong organisation and a positive, team-focused approach to drive service and quality.
