Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Flexible Hours, Growth

Butcombe Group is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join their pubs and inns in the UK. You will work closely with the Head Chef to run a smooth, efficient kitchen, delivering outstanding dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You'll mentor junior chefs, manage stock and ordering, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and flavor. A collaborative, high-performing kitchen culture is central to this role.
