Senior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Elevate Italian Dining

Harry's in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to act as the right hand to the Head Chef, leading the kitchen from the main pass and guiding the team through busy services to maintain exceptional standards.

You will manage wastage, GP and Labour controls, oversee scheduling and performance, ensure every dish is prepared to the highest standard, and foster a positive, safe, and profitable kitchen environment while mentoring staff.
