Senior Sous Chef - High-Volume Events Leader

ICCWales is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-volume events and banquets. You will help run operations for conferences, weddings and corporate functions, ensuring top quality while managing a large kitchen team.

The role requires strong leadership, menu planning, HACCP knowledge and cost control. You'll work 40 hours across five days, with a focus on reducing waste and maintaining rigorous safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
