Job Description
The Menu Partners is seeking a highly experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef across Cadillac Trackside Hospitality. You will help with menu planning, costing, and lead a skilled kitchen team to deliver premium dishes at events.
You will travel to race venues, oversee pre-event prep, on-site service, and post-event wrap-up, ensuring food safety and consistent quality while collaborating with Cadillac F1 stakeholders.
