Senior Sous Chef - Events & Fine-Dining Leadership

The House of KOKO in London is seeking a quality-led Sous Chef to support the daily operations across the restaurant and private events. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will act as second-in-command, driving food quality, service standards, and HACCP compliance.

You will lead small teams, supervise mise en place, events preparation, and collaborate with FOH and events teams to deliver bespoke menus and seamless service.
