Aufgaben
About the job
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the global procurement strategy. Working closely with a Senior Global Category Manager and other key stakeholders, you will manage various procurement categories to help the organization reach its strategic sourcing goals.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and update strategic category plans in line with procurement policies.
- Lead global sourcing initiatives and manage end-to-end source-to-contract processes.
- Oversee multiple sourcing projects, ensuring measurable savings and effective prioritization.
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders and suppliers, managing tenders and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and technical teams.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and spend optimization.
- Ensure compliance with legal/internal policies and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Drive the implementation of sustainability policies with suppliers by promoting responsible sourcing practices and identify and manage sourcing risks.
Profil
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree and minimum 7 years' experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in logistics. Highly preferred experience in categories as facility management and CAPEX.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across regional and global markets.
- Deep procurement expertise, including purchasing guidelines, legal documentation, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/ARIBA, S2C processes, and MS Office.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence and build trust with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, hands-on, and resilient, with a continuous improvement and can-do mindset.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and consistently delivers impactful outcomes in both cross-functional and hierarchical settings.
